We welcomed the entire Rittal team to Bruges for their annual team day.

On the program was a day full of unique experiences and visits in Bruges where they could look inside many private locations. Opening those doors gave participants an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at local life. Whether it's historic houses, artists' studios or craft workshops, these visits bring the city's history, creativity and craftsmanship to life. The result is an enriching experience beyond the usual tourist attractions.

Encounters with artists and artisans add a personal dimension to the walk. Participants can not only see the creative processes, but also engage in conversation with the makers themselves. The icing on the cake was the closing dinner at the Concertgebouw, with a breathtaking view of the illuminated city. The team enjoyed a gastronomic experience amidst cultural splendor, bringing Rittal Brugge's Team Day to a close at its best.
