Leaders of Design in Bruges

Bruges was chosen as the setting for the annual conference of the American Leaders of Design. The decision was not purely geographical; it was an infatuation with the rich mix of design, art and heritage that the city exudes and has done so for centuries.

In the programme, we looked for local inspiration and encounters. So we organised a keynote on the prestigious stage of the Concertgebouw and quite a few visits to local artists and artisans.

And to close the conference, we organised the closing dinner at the Lauretum. Amidst green splendour and historical allure, here not only the congress was concluded, but also the memory of an unforgettable meeting in Bruges.
